Precision-machined for positive contact on the flat, tapered, cooling port channel of A2 and M4 handguards. Stout, single-slot, Picatinny rail accepts one ringmount for tactical accessories or a front sling adapter for carry rifles. Two, specially designed, hex nuts seat perfectly in the ventilation holes and prevent forward tilt of the mount. Draws down tightly without removal of the heat shields. SPECS: 6061 aluminum, hardcoat anodized, black. 1 ” (4.4cm) long, 13/16″ (2.1cm) wide, 3/8″ (9.5mm) high.
